Chi Nei Tsang addresses all of you – physically and emotionally. It is of particular benefit to contemporary problems caused by stress such as sleep disorders, digestive disorders involving the liver, gallbladder or kidneys, nervous disorder such as anxiety depression, PTSD, and autoimmune disorder such as lupus and chronic fatigue syndrome. Additionally, Chi Nei Tsang can help to speed up healing from injury or trauma and is known for its healing powers with endometriosis, infertility, or sexual issues for women and men.
In the Tao system, each organ is known to hold different negative emotions. For example, the liver and gallbladder hold anger, the kidneys and bladder hold fear, the lungs hold grief and the stomach holds worry. Why Fascia Tissue Is So Important For Your Health
Fascia tissues are the inner connective tissues within your body. They connect and hold your organs in place. They also hold skin, muscle, bone together in the same fashion. They are a conduit for chi flow which will help the tissues to be moist and provide a protective shield around that which they hold.
When fascia loses chi, it becomes, dry, hard, and brittle. This causes difficulty in physical movement, including expansive breathing, organ function or other issues associated with poor chi flow.
Fascia are a web of connective tissue formed in bands that wrap around all the internal parts of the body from head to toe and fuses it all together. It allows the muscles to move freely alongside other structures and reduces friction. It can be found immediately beneath the skin, around muscles and muscle groups, bones, nerves, blood vessels, organs, and cells. Fascia is everywhere. It literally holds us together.

My work with you is hands-on. I also provide special exercises and meditations to help you overcome specific issues. I currently give Unstoppable Healing sessions in the tranquillity of my Healing Suite in Scottsdale on Wednesdays – Friday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
I also conduct healing workshops and am available to give sessions at your events or workshops.
