During my stay at the Four Seasons in Cabo San Lucas, I received an Ancient Herbal Massage. Fragrant native herbs and flowers were rubbed directly onto my skin. As I was basking in their healing scent, I decided I had to incorporate herbs into my practice. I learned how to infuse oil with organic herbs like rosemary and jasmine from my backyard. I also use sage, basil, thyme, and mint.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is often associated with military personnel and first responders, but its impact extends far beyond these groups. In reality, PTSD can affect anyone, and its effects can manifest as both emotional and physical pain. Many people are unaware that their chronic pain and various health issues could be linked to PTSD.
